It really is simple to run deep, just follow these simple rules; win all coin flips, flop sets as often as possible and, if possible, wear something associated with 888PL.
Whilst the above may be tongue in cheek it really was the key to a successful run in the Aussie Millions Team Event last night. Paul Bell Inskip and I represented 888PL and finished third for $12,500.

Aussie Millions Success - but not for me!
Hi All,
Well I played event 1, for about 6 hours, before my KK ran into the flopped flush draw of a wonderful super aggressive player and he got there on the turn. I hate stacking off on flops with an over pair to a check raise but I needed a double up.
I played some scared poker and I was very disappointed with my performance; I needed to be opening more pots and three betting. I smoothed three times OOP with AQ, JJ and AK when I should have been three betting and applying pressure! Oh well, live and learn!

It's a new year and it's Aussie Millions time!
Hi All,
Been awhile since I last updated my blog; I haven't played any serious poker since before Christmas and I spent the break catching up some much needed rest, working on a few side projects, playing host to several interstate guests and finally dealing with car break ins and theft and one crazy, irrational, insensitive, bully of a neighbour!
Anyways that's all in the past and to extend any further on the above I would need to charge you a subscription fee and ask all people with heart conditions to sign a waiver!

Work/Life Balance is crucial!
Hi All,
Not much to report from the past week; I got absolutely zero volume completed online and only played two live tournaments; one at Crown casino and the other in South Australia. It's Christmas time and the celebrations started a little bit early for me this year.

Accomplishment and Failure = Woo Meh!
Sorry for the late update ladies and gentleman the last few weeks have been very hectic for me! On the poker front I am now doing very well, on the Aussie Millions front I am in smack bang in the middle of depressing failure after failure. Currently I am up over $6,000 on 888, I also have attained 0 Aussie Millions seats; where I have invested over $500 thus far.

What's that they say about the best laid plans?
So my Aussie Millions campaign commenced the past weekend and I have no played three Aussie Millions satellites for 0 results. It has been an interesting week though and I struggled to deal with a bad beat which I found slightly concerning.

A terrible start and the 888 Aussie Millions grind!
Well it has now been almost a week of part time play on 888, and after a rough start I am starting to hit my stride and am up over $650 from 115 tournaments. It has been a struggle but I believe I am now prepared for my Aussie Millions campaign to kick off in earnest, this Saturday, on 888!
