Work/Life Balance is crucial!

Hi All,

Not much to report from the past week; I got absolutely zero volume completed online and only played two live tournaments; one at Crown casino and the other in South Australia. It's Christmas time and the celebrations started a little bit early for me this year.

On the poker front I am now doing very well, on the Aussie Millions front I am in smack bang in the middle of depressing failure after failure. Currently I am up over $6,000 on 888, I also have attained 0 Aussie Millions seats; where I have invested over $500 thus far.

A terrible start and the 888 Aussie Millions grind!

Well it has now been almost a week of part time play on 888, and after a rough start I am starting to hit my stride and am up over $650 from 115 tournaments. It has been a struggle but I believe I am now prepared for my Aussie Millions campaign to kick off in earnest, this Saturday, on 888!

Quest for the Aussie Millions

Hi All,

Since 2008 my lust for the felt had waned considerably and, except for the occasional 888PL tournament, the only real effort I put into poker was a 2009 Melbourne Champs campaign (which was breakeven) and a month of part time play on 888 when the Poker 6 update released. Over the past few weeks I was able to attend both the South Australian and Victorian Semi Finals and participate in the Teams and High Rollers events; I performed ‘admirably” in  these events and surprisingly found the return to the felt challenging and quite enjoyable.
